I picked out a beautiful gas fireplace with Chris in the showroom that I wanted to replace a unit in my from the 80’s that was no longer working and looked outdated. I received a call shortly after ordering that they had a cancellation for the next day and I gladly accepted their offer! Robbie and Chad showed up the next day at my door wishing me a Happy Birthday, it just happened to be my birthday….!They were professional, courteous, friendly and went beyond my expectations as they worked hard to make my fireplace installation as easy and as smooth as possible! There was no cleanup for me to do once they left!!! I can’t recommend them as a working team or Builders Warehouse enough! The price was fair, I’m completely satisfied with the installation, and final results. I couldn’t be a happier customer! Thanks to the staff and everyone involved! I’d recommend to anyone searching for a fireplace upgrade!

Chris listened to our situation, walked us through their showroom of working electric and fireplace log sets to a product he thought best suited our needs. He was spot on. He came to our home, measured, and two weeks later (earlier than projected) a professional and very nice installer connected the gas, set the logs, explained the remote and left us with a dream fireplace.
