We ordered and had delivered an entry door. Everyone was very honest, helpful and professional. They offer good quality building materials for a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Builder's Wholesale did an awesome job for us. We started out buying a Propane Stove and then changed our minds to get a Pellet Stove. Jerry and Ty answered all our questions and put up with us changing our minds! Rob and Nick did our install. They were very professionals and did such a neat job. I would recommend them in a minute! My husband was a general contractor for many years and not easy to please, but Rob and Nick more than surpassed his expectations! Overall it was a great experience and we are enjoying the warmth of our new pellet stove!
I purchased a fireplace insert from Builders Wholesale. They promptly gave me an estimate, and upon acceptance, kept me informed on the status of my order. The installation process was flawless. Rob and Nick were polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. They did not leave until they tested the operation of my insert and cleaned the work area. I will use Builders Wholesale for any other services that I need.
Your Nick L. came out to our home after we called and asked for service after I tried to relight our fireplace. I took him less than a minute to determine that our standing pilot control was not firmly placed in the on position. Once he moved it ever so slightly and tried the remote our beautiful flame was back.

Just has Brian come out and service 3 gas fireplaces in my home. Have to say Builders Wholesale is a great company to deal with. Great customer service. They gave me a specific time frame for the service call and Brian called 15min before he showed up. How many contractors keep you hanging or never even show up, not Builders Wholesale. Brian did a great job and explained everything about the workings of my fireplaces. I have used Builders Wholesale in the past and will continue using them as needed.
I’m very pleased with the service performed by Robbie on my gas fireplace. In addition to the thorough cleaning, he took the extra time to touch up some of the paint before installing a new glass panel. My fireplace now looks brand new! Thanks Robbie.
We are so pleased with the customer service, product, and installation of our wood stove, provided flawlessly and expeditiously by Builders Wholesale. From the moment I made a call to get a quote, to the in-home visit to go over details and peruse options with Chris Maloni, through the permit process (which they handled completely), and lastly the installation, there was absolutely zero hassle or slow down. From the first phone call, to sitting in front of our new stove getting warm, the entire time spent was just over a month, completely exceeding my expectations. I thought it would take much longer! I cannot say enough good things about this company, a class act!
I'm in a rural area south of Prescott. Bought a cabin last year. Had no experience with pellet stoves but knew ours wasn't working right. I called and they immediately said they could service our brand, make sure it was safe and teach us how to operate it. They squeezed us into the schedule within a few days. Daniel was our tech. He took his time explaining how these stoves work and then did an amazing cleaning job. Can I say the stove pipe was packed with soot and creosote? It was beautiful when he finished. Feel so much safer. Kudos to Lora, Chris and Daniel!
